Meeting Times: Every Other Wednesday Night from 6-7pm

Meeting Location: Arise Church Sanctuary

Duration: 8 weeks

Materials: Wear workout clothing & bring a water bottle

Childcare Provided? No childcare, but children are invited to dance!

Description:‍ ‍Dark space. Flashing lights. Loud music. Party atmosphere but it’s all PRAISE! I have a passion to see women liberated to worship freely through dance despite size, age, or skill level because scripture commands that we dance unto the Lord so come join in the fun and let’s honor His word in community!
